Fringing is so ‘in’ right now it’s actually ridiculous. From fringing on bags, tops and even shoes, it’s in every shop whether it be high end or high street. So, people get on down to those shops and start buyin’!

Some may think that they can’t pull off a fringed look, and no doubt that for some there may be a limit to the amount of finging that they wear. Dependant upon the person, their sense of style and possibly even their body shape, fringing can be a positive outfit contribution, but to certain extents. Please do not go out full cowgirl bashin’ out fringing like there’s no tomorrow… However, Lots o f this detailing isn’t always loved by us all. Take myself, I’m seriously not one of the most darin’ sods for clothing options yet I do like to experiment with styles and textures(to a limit). So, when I was given the opportunity to collaborate wit the wonderful Zuso clothing, I immediately jumped on a fringed item to broaden my fashion boundaries. Zuso were amazing enough to let me pick my own item without any specifics, yet I found the gift I got to be screaming out to me. Practically saying ‘pick me, pick me’. So, I snapped up a beaaautiful, white, Lavish Alice skirt(click here).

Lavish Alice is a Manchester based clothing line which is stocked in many E-commerce sites and worn by oh, so many people. With it’s humble beginnings to it’s bursting onto the scene in 2015, practically everyone has their pieces; along with myself and their iconic caped blazer. So, when the lovely Zuso offered me to style my chosen piece I was SO excited and literally awaitied their mail.
Upon receiving the skirt I thought to myself that although it’s quite flamboyant, it could totally be worn either day or night. So my friends, this is my first stylin’ of the beautiful (yet over-fringed), white skirt. Showing us that no matter what you buy it’s easily transferable from day to night which saves money all round. Win, bloody win!

In honesty I’d gathered together a totally different top and shoe, but with the good ol’ British weather deciding to chuck it down I had to go a completely different way. However as annoyin’ as this was it’s also so good, as it enabled me to dress for the soon to be Autumn/Winter! And God knows I love to wear layers…

Top– Jumper, slouch fit, Primark £8.00
Necklace- Gold and Mirrored statement, Topshop £16.00(old season)
Shoes- Pointed blue flats, TU for Sainsburys, £6.00
Skirt– Lavish Alice @ Zuso Clothing, Was £75.00 now £25.00-BARGAIN

Upon receiving the skirt, I’ll be honest I thought Oh dear God, what if people think I resemble big bird? But you know what, firstly. It doesn’t and secondly. I don’t care. If I can’t embrace a little freedom in clothing and the form of fringin’ then when can I?

Many thanks for Zuso clothing for this amazing gift and the lovely ChicPR . Be sure to check back soon for an evening inspired outfit based around this beauty!
