Races Stylin’

If you follow me on Instagram (or any social media) you’ll know that recently I’ve been hittin’ up the races for different events. Prior to these past two times I’d never actually been before and now I’ve been I probably look like I’m hooked or just crappin’ money( I wish) . Attending both Doncaster ladies day and Chester racecourse for a birthday last weekend, I like to think I’m pretty accustomed to bettin’ lingo and could win lots. Yeah, so this is a lie as each time I’ve bagged about £7.60? Don’t be buyin’ that yacht just yet, Emma. Anyway, each time I’ve attended the races I’ve had an aaaamazing time. And to see the previous post on my blogger day courtesy of the lovely Ladbrokes then please click here.

Anyway, if you have a little nosy at the Daily Mail when the races are actually on, you can find the ‘hit’ or ‘miss’ pages. That section that allows you to judge whether or not the ladies outfits are amazin’ or stare at the fact that it was pretty nice… but shes hammered rollin’ around on the floor with a pint in her hand? Some classy ladies out there I tell ya. As much as there is that small selection of women, it’s undeniable that even they alongside all the others they try so, so hard, Not only to get an outfit that they  love, but feel is bang on trend. So, when I attended both of the races I found myself observing everyone that I saw in sight and was truly in awe at the detailing ladies will go to. From the large fascinators, over-sized prints and ultra-matching co-ords alll the way down to hand made pieces, ladies I salute you.

Having forgot my fascinator like an actual idiot, I realised I needed to push out that confidence and ignore the fact my head was completely the odd one out. So, see below for my ladies day stylin’ at Doncaster bar the grand head piece.

                                                                    Enjoy!
